THE REMEMBERING

Most people begin their personal growth journey from a place they don’t even realise they’re in — a place of non‑responsibility. Not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because of what they’ve been taught.

We’re taught that life happens to us. That our emotions come from other people. That our problems are external. That someone else has the answers. That healing is something done to us. So when life becomes painful, we naturally look outward — to therapy, self‑help, plant medicine, or coaching etc — hoping someone will fix what we’re feeling.

But real transformation doesn’t begin there. It begins the moment we take self-responsibility for our inner world. The Remembering is the starting point for that shift.

It reveals how our experience of life is created from within — how the mind shapes reality, how emotions move, how beliefs form, and how intuition guides. When we understand this, self-responsibility becomes natural. And once self-responsibility begins, everything accelerates and life transforms. Therapy goes deeper. Coaching becomes faster. Plant medicine becomes clearer. Somatic work becomes transformative. Patterns break. Life accelerates. And the journey toward the life we desire finally begins.

Here are some examples the difference self-responsibility can make in your life:

Most people live their lives inside the first column — Non‑Self‑Responsibility — not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because they’ve forgotten how their inner world actually works. They’ve forgotten that their experience of life is created from within, moment by moment.

When someone begins shifting into Self‑Responsibility, life changes quickly: emotions become workable, relationships soften, intuition strengthens, and the sense of direction becomes clearer. This shift feels psychological, but it is actually pointing to something much deeper. It is the beginning of remembering.

Where does Non-self-responsibility come from? - The Journey of Remembering

Every human being moves through a quiet, unseen journey — a journey of remembering who they truly are. At birth, we arrive connected, whole, and luminous. But as we grow, we begin to forget. We learn stories about who we should be, how life works, and what reality is. Slowly, the light within us becomes obscured by the noise of the world and life gets harder.

One key story society holds is that life happens to us (Non-self-responsibility). That our emotions come from other people. That our problems are external. That someone else has the answers. This keeps us caught in the Veil of Separation. Our life situations loop. The same situation playing out over and over again, unhappy relationships, worries around money, no sense of purpose etc.

Creating the life we desire emerges once we move from the Veil of Separation to Awakening. This movement requires us to reconsider and embody some of the core beliefs we have about the ground we stand on.

Even though the external world is real — the bill, the bank balance, the argument, the loneliness — our experience of that reality is shaped by the picture our mind creates in the moment. When a conditioned thought appears (“I’m failing,” “I’m alone,” “I’ll never get ahead”), the nervous system reacts as if the threat is physical. We enter a freeze state, and from that state we avoid, withdraw, or shut down. The Remembering doesn’t ask you to deny reality or pretend things are fine. It shows you how to soften the internal picture so you can respond from clarity instead of fear. Same situation. Same life. Different picture. Different reality.

Foundations of the Journey of Remembering

Before we can move forward on this journey, we need to understand the ground we’re standing on. For generations, we’ve been taught a version of reality that keeps us disconnected — a worldview built on separation, control, and external cause. But beneath that conditioning lies a deeper truth: life is not happening to us; it’s happening through us.

The following are some of the foundational beliefs we have been taught that keep us stuck in the veil. By reflecting on and embodying what is truly happening enables us to dissolve the veil, shifting us from non-self-responsibility to self-responsibility.

The Foundations of the Remembering Journey reveal this shift — from what we’ve been taught to what’s truly happening. They show how reality, emotion, and intuition are not random forces but expressions of the same underlying energy. When we begin to see through this lens, the world transforms from something we endure into something we create.

The following is a simple example of how we can transform our lives by applying the foundations of "The Remembering"

 Transforming relationships

“A situation happens. A thought appears. That thought creates an emotion. The emotion drives an action. And the action creates a consequence. When we react automatically, the outcome becomes predictable — and often painful. This is the cycle most of us get trapped in.”

The Cycle that keeps you stuck

When we react automatically, the outcome is predictable — and often painful.

The Possibility of Transformation

“But here’s the part most people never realise. If you change even one part of that chain — the thought or the emotion, our actions change — the entire experience transforms. Same situation. New internal picture. New interaction. New outcome.”

In the first image, the person is caught in an automatic, reactive cycle — a situation triggers a thought (“She’s crazy”), which fuels anger, leading to storming off and disconnection. This is the pattern of non‑responsibility, where emotions and actions are driven by unconscious reactions and blame. In the second image, the person begins to take responsibility by consciously shifting their inner world — changing either the thought (“What’s going on?”) or the feeling (choosing calm). That small internal change transforms the entire chain: the same situation now leads to listening, understanding, and reconnection. The difference is awareness — moving from reacting automatically to responding consciously, which opens the possibility of genuine change and harmony.

The Remembering Programme

A guided journey from confusion to clarity, from separation to self-responsibility, and from old patterns to the life you truly desire. After completing The Remembering, you’ll have a calm, steady understanding of how your inner world shapes your outer experience — and you’ll take genuine self‑responsibility for that process. Life becomes simpler, more intentional, and guided by clarity rather than reaction, giving you a stable foundation for lasting transformation.

The Remembering Programme is a structured, step‑by‑step journey designed to help you understand how your inner world creates your outer experience — and how taking self-responsibility for that inner world becomes the turning point for real transformation.

Most people begin their personal growth journey from a place of non‑responsibility, not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because of what they’ve been taught: that life happens to them, emotions come from others, and someone else holds the answers. The Remembering reverses this. It shows you what’s truly happening beneath the surface, and gives you the foundations that naturally shift you into self-responsibility — the place where transformation finally begins.

Across eight stages, you’ll explore the full arc of the human journey:

  • The Remembering – Introduction

  • The Journey of Remembering – Overview

  • Foundations of the Journey

  • Emergence

  • Awareness

  • Forgetting

  • Separation

  • Awakening

  • Remembrance

  • Return

The programme is available in two formats:

  • Self‑guided — move through the material at your own pace

  • Programme + Coaching — includes three personalised coaching sessions to help you integrate the work, identify patterns, and accelerate your transformation

Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional stability, healthier relationships, financial ease, or a deeper sense of purpose, The Remembering gives you the foundation that makes every modality — therapy, coaching, plant medicine, somatic work — more effective. It is the starting point for creating the life you truly desire.
